Mark has over 10 years of infrastructure advisory experience across regulation, project finance and M&A transactions within the transport and energy transition sectors.
He joined Evolution Infrastructure from WSP’s Investment Advisory team, where he led the commercial due diligence and financial modelling offer, and was previously at Steer Group, where he delivered a wide range of bespoke financial modelling engagements.
Most recently, Mark provided financial modelling support to the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as part of the financing of a Waste-to-Energy facility, and worked with UK Government Investments and the National Wealth Fund on the structuring of project finance to develop offshore wind infrastructure.
More widely, Mark has provided commercial and financial advisory services to a range of infrastructure investors and lenders including Antin Infrastructure Partners, Amber Infrastructure, CapMan, Pontegadea, and World Bank IFC.
