Jack is a highly accomplished and results-driven professional with over 9 years’ experience leading business development and origination strategies, and sell-side/M&A mandates, across infrastructure, renewable energy, and energy transition sectors.

With a proven track record, and a deep understanding of market dynamics and evolving industry trends, Jack drives the continued success and growth of EvoInfra’s financial advisory and financial modelling practice.

As the Head of Business Development, Jack is at the forefront of origination initiatives across financial advisory and financial modelling business units. Jack has nurtured and maintained an unparalleled network of meaningful and trusted client relationships, and with a deep understanding of clients’ objectives, can shape tailored solutions and services that precisely match their funding and/or financial modelling requirements.

Jack also plays a leading role in spearheading numerous capital raising and M&A mandates, and is currenrtly mandated on over 500MW of UK solar PV and BESS sell-side engagements. His ability to tap into a vast array of industry contacts and relationships enables him to identify potential strategic and investment partners, and his exceptional communication and negotiation skills allow him to facilitate seamless transactions.

Jack began his career at inspiratia in 2016, where he was Commercial Lead for their renewable energy division.
