Lisa Lee

During 11 years as a financial modeller at leading waste management company FCC Lisa was involved in a wide range of waste and energy transition projects, including development of new waste processing facilities, waste service provision and development of wind farms and solar energy.

Whilst at Grant Thornton, Lisa advised both the public and private sector on PFI/PPP projects, delivering bespoke solutions in a wide range of sectors such as waste, health and education. She supported the delivery of major consulting engagements to central, regional and local government – providing financial advice in business case development, affordability and Value-for-Money assessments and payment mechanism reviews. She also built models to support borrowing and investment decisions and to assist in raising finance.

She started her career in financial modelling at Reliance Security where she was hired to provide support for PFI bids for initiatives such as forensic medical services, custody support and secure transport services. Clients included the UK Border Agency, the Ministry of Justice, NHS trusts and police forces.

Lisa is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA).
