Prior to joining Evolution Infrastructure, Sebastian was a Manager at EY within the infrastructure advisory team working with both public and private sector entities participating in multiple PPP financial structuring’s in Colombia.
Recently, Sebastian has participated in the structuring of a PPP for a Light Rail Train. He also acted as financial advisor for the evaluation of the structuring of the first Stadium PPP in Colombia.
Sebastian began his career at CIP where he participated in the structuring of multiple PPP transport and social infrastructure projects in Colombia.
He holds an Msc in Infrastructure Investment and Finance from University College London, an Msc in Finance, and a Bsc in Economics from Universidad de los Andes.
