Since joining Evolution Infrastructure, Craig has developed financial models for clients across sectors including renewables, waste, hydrogen and geothermal, covering both project financing and M&A mandates. Recent experience includes buy-side support to a large infrastructure fund acquiring a renewables portfolio in the UK as well as developing a multi-asset valuation model for a hydrogen developer. Craig also has experience delivering training courses, recently delivering a course in London to the investments and financing teams of a large multinational utility company.
At Globeleq, Craig was an associate within the Project Finance and M&A team where his responsibilities included negotiating, structuring debt, and concessional financing for greenfield renewable power projects as well as supporting on buyside M&A processes. His transaction experience included reaching financial close on the Menengai geothermal project where he led the financial modelling and hedging workstreams as well as negotiating and structuring credit enhancement facilities.
Craig holds a BSc Honours in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
