EvoInfra acted as model auditor to Capman Infra on the raising of an additional EUR 80m Capex Facility for Koiviston Auto.
Following a number of recent tender successes, the financing will be used to support Koiviston Auto in their transition towards a zero-emissions fleet. Koiviston Auto is the largest bus operator in Finland with a fleet of over 1,000 buses operating in both public and commercial bus transport. The business is owned by CapMan, a leading Nordic investment manager which invests in energy, transportation and telecommunications infrastructure across the Nordics.
