Old Allen Road BESS | We acted as financial advisor on the sale of the 100MW Old Allen Road Battery Storage project.
Bio Capital | We provided M&A support to Equitix on its full-stake acquisition of UK anaerobic digestion firm Bio Capital.
Cero Generation Portfolio Financing | We’re pleased to have supported Cero Generation on the financial close of a GBP 200m portfolio of UK Solar PV and Battery Storage projects.
Modelling Highlights
Bicker Fen Co-Located Assets | We provided financial modelling support and acted as model auditor to AGR Renewables on the successful project financing of the Bicker Fen Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Lincolnshire, UK.
Elements Green HoldCo Financing | We provided financial modelling support to Elements Green in connection with a EUR 80m investment from Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) to accelerate the development of its utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) portfolio.
Enfinium Corporate Model | We acted as financial modelling partner to enfinium, one of the UK’s leading energy-from-waste (EfW) operators, in developing a new corporate asset management model.
GETEC Corporate Model | Engaged by GETEC, a leading energy efficiency solutions provider in the real estate and industrial sectors across Europe, to develop a new corporate asset management model.
Audit Highlights
Eelpower Energy | We acted as model auditor to Equitix, Aware Super, and the UK’s National Wealth Fund (NWF) on their £500 million investment to establish Eelpower Energy, a new UK battery storage platform.
B+T Group Stake Acquisition | We provided financial model audit support to Igneo Infrastrcture Partners on the acquisition of stake in B+T Group, an integrated waste management company operating in Germany and France.
Osprey Charging Refinancing | We acted as model auditor to Osprey Charging on its successful GBP 110m multi-bank debt package, which will accelerate the roll out of super-fast EV charging hubs across prime UK location.
Queen Elizabeth II Halifax Infirmary Expansion P3 | We acted as model auditor to Plenary Americas on the Queen Elizabeth II Halifax Infirmary Expansion P3, part of Nova Scotia’s Queen Elizabeth II Health Services Centre.
