Evolution Infrastructure is pleased to have provided M&A support to Equitix on its full-stake acquisition of UK anaerobic digestion firm Bio Capital.

Bio Capital manages a diverse and expanding portfolio of anaerobic digestion (AD) facilities across the UK. The company invests in both operational sites and greenfield projects, encompassing gas-to-grid and electricity generation, low-carbon vehicle fuels, and sustainable biofertilisers & composting solutions.

We are delighted to continue our longstanding relationship on UK & European energy & infrastructure projects with Equitix, a leading global investor, developer, and long-term fund manager of core infrastructure assets.
