Wightlink Refinancing

Evolution Infrastructure is proud to have advised Fiera Infrastructure on the refinancing of Wightlink, the leading ferry operator serving the Isle of Wight, England’s largest island.

Wightlink provides services across the Solent, connecting Hampshire with the Isle of Wight in southern England. The company runs vehicle ferries on the Lymington to Yarmouth and Portsmouth to Fishbourne routes, as well as a high-speed passenger-only catamaran linking Portsmouth Harbour with Ryde Pier.

The service carries approximately 5 million visitors and residents annually, offering 45,000 sailings a year utilising eight ferries on three routes.
