We provided model audit advice to Equitix on the successful refinancing of the Sheffield Howden House PFI, a DBFOM of Sheffield City Council’s offices.
Nord/LB provided a GBP 16.93m term loan and a GBP 1.42m DSRF.
Howden House is one of the Council’s key buildings. The building provides the Council’s front facing interface with the public via First Point and provides office accommodation to over 850 Council employees.
