Wadi Ad Dawasir Solar PV IPP

EvoInfra provided model audit advice to TotalEnergies, Toyota Tsuho Corporation and Alternative Solutions for Renewable Energy on their successful bid and financial close on the Wadi Ad Dawasir 120MW Solar PV IPP in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The solar plant will be located in Wadi Ad Dawasir, in the South of the Kingdom. The construction of the plant has started in June 2023, followed by the launch of commercial operation in March 2025.

The Project was one of four tendered under its third round of renewables programme (REPDO3) and was initially tendered back in 2020. The consortium persevered in spite of severe obstacles presented by the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent economic pressures.
