Moeen Patel

Moeen has primarily worked on financial advisory mandates within the social infrastructure, energy transition and digital sectors, in particular greenfield financings, M&A and capital raising. He also has extensive experience developing financial models to support these transactions.

Recently Moeen supported DIF Capital Partners in its acquisition of UK district heating developer and operator, Pinnacle Power (now Hemiko). Within the energy transition space Moeen has also been active advising a UK EV charging company on its capital raising process. Moeen’s experience also extends into the digital sector, where he provided transaction support to Invesis on its acquisition of Asanti.

Within the social infrastructure and PPP sectors, Moeen has significant experience supporting investors in bidding for and financing high-profile student accommodation DBFO projects, and also worked on the independent commercial review of Oxford University’s £4bn JV with Legal & General.

Moeen began his career as a graduate at debt arrangement firm TradeRisks.

Moeen holds an MSci in Physics from University College London.
